Healthy Life Groups Forming Now for Fall 2015

Do you want to learn how to lower your stress and deepen your compassion for yourself and others? How to strengthen your relationships by learning to navigate conflicts with confidence? Or, are you a Catholic priest or brother seeking to navigate healthy relationships, emotions and boundaries within the context of your vocation and ministry?

 

Join one of Caritas Counseling Center’s new Healthy Life groups this fall. Groups focus on skill building, discussion and education, are confidential and are facilitated by one of the Caritas’ experienced therapists. Learn more here and download our flyer:

  • Mindful Living Skills – Wednesdays, Sept. 16 and 30, and Oct. 7, 4-6 p.m.
  • Assertiveness & Healthy Relationships – Wednesdays, Oct. 14-Nov. 18, 4-6 p.m.
  • Men’s Issues (for Catholic priests & men religious only) – Tuesdays, Oct. 13-Nov. 17, 3-4:30 p.m.
