DESCRIPTION:Contemplative communities are struggling to initiate new members due to the diversity in ages\, education\, life experiences\, differing experiences of converts\, how members view Catholic Tradition\, as well as increasing racial and ethnic diversity. Communities may feel overwhelmed and under siege. These challenges are\, at the very same time\, necessary for a community to choose life into the future. These crucial needs may invite a critical moment of refounding.
