Our Healthy Life groups focus on a single topic, meet for just 3-12 sessions and include skill-building, education and facilitated discussion in a comfortable environment.
Emotional Effectiveness: September-November 2016 in Towson
Learn how to reduce stress and increase positive feelings. Listen to the full range of your emotions and learn to express them effectively. No previous group experience is necessary.
This small, facilitated group will meet Wednesdays, Sept. 14-Nov. 16 (10 sessions), 2-3:30 p.m. at our Towson office. - From Stress to Success: Learn how to reduce suffering and increase positive emotions, with techniques that enable you to use your emotions effectively to achieve your goals.
- Mindful Living Skills: Learn simple skills to lower your daily stress, increase mental clarity and deepen your compassion – for yourself and others.
- Assertiveness & Healthy Relationships: Build strong and lasting relationships. Navigate conflicts with confidence. Learn to speak up, say no and negotiate agreements.
- Men’s Issues (for Catholic priests and men religious): Discussion group to explore identity, relationships, boundaries, emotions, and healthy needs in the context of one’s vocation and ministry in the Church.
