Our Healthy Life groups focus on a single topic, meet for just 3-12 sessions and include skill-building, education and facilitated discussion in a comfortable environment.
Stress to Success: Spring 2017 in Towson
Learn how to manage a crisis or deal with a major life change. This small, facilitated Healthy Life group includes mindfulness practice, skill-building and facilitated discussion. We will meet for seven sessions, Wednesday, March 1-Wednesday, April 19, 2017 (no session April 12).

- Mindful Living Skills: Learn simple skills to lower your daily stress, increase mental clarity and deepen your compassion – for yourself and others.
- Assertiveness & Healthy Relationships: Build strong and lasting relationships. Navigate conflicts with confidence. Learn to speak up, say no and negotiate agreements.
- Men’s Issues (for Catholic priests and men religious): Discussion group to explore identity, relationships, boundaries, emotions, and healthy needs in the context of one’s vocation and ministry in the Church.
