Saint Luke Institute Strategic Plan

Saint Luke Institute  ·  Strategic Plan 2026–2030

A bold vision to expand access to care, form healthy leaders for ministry, and secure a hopeful future for the Church.

The moment we’re in

Those who serve the Church are carrying more than ever.

Across the Church and the world, priests, religious, and ministry leaders are facing unprecedented psychological, emotional, and spiritual strain — compounded by:

  • Isolation
  • Burnout
  • Aging populations
  • Mental health stigma
  • Limited access to care

At the same time, dioceses and communities often lack the resources to respond effectively.
