Emily Ray, Ph.D.

Emily Ray, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist in Maryland and Virginia. She earned her doctorate in counseling psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and completed her pre-doctoral internship at Springfield Hospital Center in Sykesville, Maryland. Dr. Ray worked as an outpatient therapist in the Caritas Counseling Center, as well as a therapist in the residential program at Saint Luke Institute, and recently served as Director of Clinical Services. She has taught graduate courses in psychological assessment and has a particular interest in personality assessment. Dr. Ray also holds a master’s degree in dance-movement therapy from the University of California at Los Angeles.
