Our January 2024 edition of LukeNotes, begins a year-long focus on anxiety and its impacts. For this initial issue, Dana Dowd PT, M.S., coordinator of physical therapy and fitness at Saint Luke Institute, describes how we are often not aware of how our thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations are all part of the anxiety we experience.
