Sheila Harron, PhD
Board Member
A long time board member, I spent over twenty years of my career as a clinical psychologist at Saint Luke Institute. During these years, I also contributed to the educational outreach of SLI by giving workshops and providing consultation to priests, brothers, sisters, and those in formation for religious life and priesthood. I later served as coordinator of the outpatient program and then as Chief Operating Officer. I continued as a contract therapist for SLI through 2020.
Working at Saint Luke Institute has always been a ministry for me. It is a privilege to be a therapist for men and women who aspire to serve God and the people of God. They are also human beings who suffer trauma, deal with addictions, and struggle with depression, anxiety and character disorders. Working with the clinical team at SLI has also been a privilege and invitation to personal and professional growth. Their dedication, expertise and focus on the well being of the client are inspirational. It has been a source of satisfaction and an education to serve currently on the SLI Board of Directors.
