Betty Deerwester, M.A.

Betty Deerwester, M.A., is a spiritual director providing individual spiritual direction as well as group spiritual direction and supervision. Betty’s training includes a two-year spiritual direction practicum through the Archdiocese of Louisville. She obtained an M.A. in spirituality through a combined program with Bellarmine University and the Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary as well as a certificate in supervision of homiletics from Saint Meinrad School of Theology. Betty ministered as a pastoral associate for twenty-three years before retirement and leads retreats, workshops and days of reflection.
